Research Experience
I have been working in the field of nanostructured thermoelectric materials since 2015. I have experience of growing nanomaterials using different techniques like hydrothermal, solvothermal and chemical solution method and fabrication of thin films by thermal evaporation, spin coating and spray pyrolysis techniques.
I am familiarly with structural and morphological characterization techniques like powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED), ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and attenuated transmittance reflectance FTIR spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR). Experience of thermoelectrical characterization including Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity.
